Windows 10: BSOD After upgrade to Windows 10 1803 (because it’s the "latest version")

very unhappy with Windows 10 atm, because im typing this from my phoen right now, let me explain.


I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 Version 1803 for about 4 weeks now because windows is telling me its the latest update even tho it isnt and the update never finished after a day so i just turned off my computer. So i was finally able to upgrade to 1803. This is where my nightmares began.


ive been gettinng the error “CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED” for some time now on startup, but i just disabled “driver signature enforcement” and it booted just fine. After i updated, i would disable it, and get the error code “0xc000021a”. So i cant get into my computer at all. Forget about helping me with command prompt commands and all cuz i cant even boot in safe mode or anything.

The Windows Welcome experience will only be shown after installation of updates and occasionally when you sign in to highlight what's new and suggested by design. For more information about the new features and content of Windows 10 1803, please refer to
these support articles. It also includes a video that summarizes the new content in this release:

• What's new in Windows 10, version 1803

Also, make sure that the Windows welcome experience is enabled on your PC. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
• Under Notifications, toggle the switch On "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested".

Window upgrade try to install latest windows 10 but keep on failing - Windows 10, version 1803 (43)

System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows 10 Home, version: 1803, OS build: 16299.64

I try a suggestion in Microsoft Support community - Fix Windows Updates Issues for Windows 8.1Windows 10Windows

but end up with error 0x8007001F-0x20006 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE _OS operation.

And try to install latest windows 10 update but it would not install getting error code 0x80070652.

IS there any suggestion, on how to address this issues ?
