    BSOD after watching videos or just being AFK


    When i play games or just use my laptop actively i have no problems. But when i go to youtube or netflix or any streaming platform or just leave my laptop while it downloads something it just crashes after half an hour or so.These are the Minidump files.Thanks in advance.

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    Load this checklist video in Edge:
    (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier)

    Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

    Can't watch videos on Win 10

    Hi,

    Please assist me with the following information related to this issue:

    • Which web browser are you using to watch online videos?
    • Do you receive any error message?
    • What is the make and model of the computer?
    If you are using Internet Explorer to watch online videos, I suggest you to
    follow the steps mentioned in the following link and check:Why won't videos play in Internet Explorer?

    Note: The above mentioned article contains steps to reset IE. Resetting Internet Explorer's settings is not reversible. After a reset, all previous settings in IE are lost and cannot
    be recovered.

    Please reply us with the required information along with the status of the issue to assist you further.
