Windows 10: BSOD after Windows 10 1703 - 1903

i have a issue of BSOD DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG ,dosent even boot,

it will stuck at boot screen with windows 10 logo for 5 min and display BSOD


tried every method Microsoft recommend

i reached out to dell, the technical support said its software problem

i tried every single version of windows 10 from initial release to upto date

upto Windows10 1603 works, but after releases of 1603 dosent even boot , just BSOD


there is no proper solution or answer for this problem on internet,

so what can be done?,


most of my OEM apps dosent support windows 10 1603 as it is specifically designed to run after 1709 update

and i am in need of windows wsl for my project!
