Windows 10: BSOD and freezes while under light loads

I have a new PC which crashes BSOD and freezes does not respond to any input at all. The system has so far only crashed or frozen under light loads, such as while watching Youtube or browsing the internet, as well as directly after booting the PC. The PC has not crashed or frozen once while under heavy loads, such as from gaming.The BSODs have produced the following error codes, the newest first:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 3bAn exception happened while executing a system service routine.Arguments:Arg1: 00000000c0000005, Exception code that caused the BugCheckArg2: ffffdf220ea5a841, Address

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

 

Office And Light Gaming Build

There's nothing wrong with the build, but I have some suggestions to, IMHO, make it better:

• You list a 550 watt PSU, but you have a 51 watt CPU and a GPU that pulls 120 watts at the max. In other words, your system will pull under 200 watts at maximum load, which it sounds like will be rarely. PSU's are most efficient between 50-80%, and even at max load, this system won't reach 50%. Suggest a PSU 400 watts or less, like the Seasonic G-360.
• RAM's really cheap. Suggest getting 16 GB instead.

 

New Homebuild freezing and BSOD

So you are saying a PSU can never cause a computer to Freeze/BSOD...???
