    BSOD and no clue!

    Hi,

Hoping you can help - I'm getting crashes at least once a day and have no idea how to read dump files etc. I've followed the instructions and attached the zip file so I'm hoping there's someone who will point me in the right direction!

    Thanks in advance.

    :)

BSOD, no clue what's the cause

I tried to check it earlier and once I got past the "Dumps:" at the first of the link, I saw it was a 7 zip file. Since I don't have that software, just the normal Zip utility I could not check it.

BSOD, no clue what's the cause

For what ever reason, when I try to extract the file, nothing shows. Size of the folder is 93bytes, which tells me that there is probably no files in it.

    BSOD and no clue!

The dumpfiles do not blame a specific driver but mention a few times memory corruption.

Start with updating these older drivers

You have not updated the drivers or remove the programs as asked. Please do.
