BSOD and no won't get past boot at all

Hi guys, first time I have ever done signed up to a forum as usually i sort it myself or find the solution online. However, i have tried everything i can find online and nothing has helped.

Last night I accidentally hit 'hibernate' and as i was in a rush i held the power button. Low and behold i woke up this morning went to put it on and got to the BSOD. I basically get to the login screen, login and then it repeats. Ive had the BSOD before but it just restarted and everything was fine. Now I'm trying to turn the pc on and its stuck in a reboot cycle, doesn't get to the login screen. I've literally tried everything, the PC won't even reset or anything. Genuinely stuck, I need the PC on ASAP and I've spent ALL day trying to get it fixed! Thank you in advance!!

:)

Unable to boot the computer, BSOD error SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (CI.dll)

I have tried all of the above fixes. Even with the installation usb it won't get past the blue Windows symbol before BSOD with same error

3. Stuck on Reboot of BSOD with Driver Verifier

So, I f*cked up, hard. My computer was really warm and acting funny, then it had a BSOD with no stated source. Then, it kept doing it every 2-3 minutes after I rebooted. So, I refreshed it and attempted to update my drivers to find out what was wrong.
I updated all of them and then started to get a ntoskrnl.exe BSOD. I tried to run driver verifier as it then popped up with a isctd64.sys BSOD. Now, I'm stuck in a loop of BSOD's with the driver verifier thing with the isctd64.sys stated as the source. However,
I can't get it to reboot past this. Refresh won't work. System startup repair won't work. Safe mode won't accept my password to log me into my account. Also, even turning off driver verifier will not work. I am at my tipping point and I just don't know what
to do. I feel so stupid because I can't figure it out.

Boot to the recovery options, should be available after 3 times of boot failure.
Go to the advanced troubleshooting options, open command prompt and enter following command
Code: powercfg -h off
then enter following command
Code: start msconfig
in msconfig go to the boot tab and check 'safe mode', click apply and then ok and reboot.

Does it help?
Please let me know how it goes and what went wrong if anything went wrong.

The issue is I can get into the BIOS through <del> key but if I let it go past the BIOS options it doesn't load the login screen, it restarts and the process repeats never getting past the black loading screen just after the BIOS. I just tried again but the same is happening, the advanced menu doesn't show at any point any more.

You hear no beep from the BIOS?

Please ground yourself, open the case and pull the CMOS battery and put it back.

BSOD and no won't get past boot at all

I just tried it and it came up with the same restarting issue as before mate. I even changed the battery (same 'spec' etc) but I'm not sure what you mean by a beep, I can access the BIOS but nothing past that.

The software of the BIOS is the POST (Power On Self Test) which should give a beep 1 time meaning everything is fine when starting the system.

What is your PSU?
What are the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values according to the BIOS?

I've never heard a beep, but I have been using automatic speakers (on and off you know) and the values are
3.3 - 3.312/3.296
5 - 4.956/4.998
12 - 11.704/11.792

What do you mean what's my PSU? The make and model? Sorry I'm just trying to save time xD and I apologise for the late reply my internet went down!

Yes, the make and model of your PSU is what I mean *Smile

Also, could you please fill in your system specs as far as possible?

How long are you waiting for the black screen to go away?
What BSOD error codes do you get?

14. timmybyox Win User
it gets to the boot options [del] etc. but once it gets past that it stays black for approx. 5 second and restarts itself. First off, i had the BSoD but i can't remember the error code. Now, i get absolutely nothing past the boot screen.
