Windows 10: BSOD and programs randomly crash and reload Discord, Chrome

Hello my computer's program randomly crash and sometimes BSODs. I have run the driver verifier and it BSOD with MEMORY MANAGEMENT error code. I have already replaced my RAM with a new one. BSOD Errors and Weird Java Issues Since Monday 19th May

One more thing I forgot. Lots of other applications have been crashing - that don't normally crash.

• Windows Store - along with other windows applications randomly close
• Discord randomly reloads
• Google Chrome keeps getting STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors
• Probably more that I have forgotten

 

Google Chrome crashes

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to check whether you are able to repair Google Chrome and check if that helps.

In Search, enter Control Panel and select Control Panel.

• Select Programs > Programs and
  Features, and then select the program.
• Select Uninstall to remove the program.
• To fix the program, select Repair or, if that’s not available, Change.
• Follow the directions on the screen

If the repair option is not present, you may uninstall and reinstall the application and check if that helps.

Programs crashing randomly

I've had programs crashing randomly for a few days now, there doesn't seem to be a precise timing on it.
Opera would give me the "crash" page and at time straight up close itself, discord can't even get past the login interface most of the time, and just randomly crashes if it does. I had warnings saying I need to contact the "administrator of this pc" to run a program despite me being the administrator.
At first I thought it was a windows issue so I reinstalled the OS using the media tool. While installing the OS I would get random a random BSOD, with either ntfs.sys or exception kernel as the problems. After I managed to somehow install the OS the problem with the programs didn't go away. I then tried to install it on a new SSD in case my M2 was the problem, I got a BSOD as the pc was doing its final restart, but the OS appeared as it was installed. However the programs would still close themselves.
At that point I thought maybe it was the GPU as my friend suggested, so I tried a GPU stress test. It would close itself after a few seconds.

I then tried removing a bank of ram in order to test if either of them was faulty, and I noticed the crashes were happening less frequently, but were still happening. (It was the same exact situation with both, while they were alone), however the stress test wouldn't crash anymore.

I also tried removing the GPU, and using the integrated graphics on my motherboard, but the issues are still here.

A this point I'm really confused about what's happening with my PC, and I have no idea what to do anymore.
