Windows 10: BSOD and random restarts Windows 11 AMD Ryzen 7

Hi,I have been facing BSOD and random restarts several times a day. I have tried everything from reinstalling drivers to reinstalling complete OS but nothing has proved fruitful. I have checked my SDD and RAM , both show no Errors.My system config is:AMD Ryzen 7 4700 with integrated AMD GraphicsWindows 11 OSAny help is highly appreciated.Attaching available logs.Click Here For Logs.

AMD Ryzen 7 4700 with integrated AMD Graphics

Windows 11 OS

why is the Ryzen 7 1700x the only amd not listed for the 11 upgrade

As the subject says my AMD Ryzen7 1700x seems to be the only processor that's not listed for the 11 Upgrade

my brothers Ryzen 5 is listed and was upgraded this morning. but my Amd 7 dosent match the system update and id like to know why

Can anyone tell me if Ryzen 7 5700x is compadible with Windows 11? - i do not currently have the parts as they have not been delivered yet just trying to research beforehand.

Which site to believe as it seems "older ryzen CPU then 5700x" are supported? - Is it just a hickup in the list or the list not being updated?
Example 5700x Predecessor 3700X is on that list
