Windows 10: BSOD appears while plugged in - Event ID - 41, Task Category - 63

After I plug in my laptop Dell Inspiron 3584, Processor - IntelR CoreTM i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz, I get a Blue Screen of Death with some error codes each time. - CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION, KERNEL_INPANGE_DATA_ERROR. This issue is occurring almost everyday since a year. Now, i have decided to fix the issue. I already read about this at the Web. I suspect this as a hardware issue. Event ID 41 Task Category 63

If i get no BSODs, no errors, no events logged in event viewer apart from kernel power 41 (63), not even the windows did not shut down successfully screen (don't know if that is still in windows 10), and the computer just turns off and a few seconds later it turns back on, is it safe to assume that it is the power supply and not the motherboard? Because I have heard that this can be caused by the motherboard. Also when this happens, is it harmful for the rest of the hardware?

 

System.OutOfMemoryException and Event ID 41 Task Category (63) and Keywords (70368744177664),(2)

New PC is randomly BSOD/rebooting and I'm seeing a System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown in the Memory Dump file and Event ID 41 Task Category (63) and Keywords (70368744177664),(2). I imagine this is a memory issue, I have 64gb of DDR5 ram, I'm not sure what the issue is.

Hello, I've been dealing with a slew of bsods that I recently decided to give some brain power to and try to fix. I've fixed a few errors and issues regarding software but now I want to know if my hardware could be the cause of this bsod known in event viewer as Event ID 41 Task 63.
