Windows 10: BSOD at boot, can't enter Safe Mode, can't do anything else

Hello,Yesterday I tried to turn my Windows 11 PC on and after booting up and entering my password, the desktop kept on refreshing itself. Nothing was clickable and I couldn't even access the task bar. Every 2 seconds the desktop would refresh, it was a flickery mess. I could access the Task Manager though, but couldn't do much through it. I then somehow managed to access the Control Panel through the Task Manager and went to something called "Check the state/health of your computer" or something like that. I could absolutely be wrong, I can't remember the exact name of it. This panel told me t

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .

 

BSOD Critical_Process_Died - can' t enter safe mode

After having upgraded my Asus X555LA to Windows 10 I constantly receice the BSOD with the message Critical_Process_Died. The only thing I did after the update was installing Adaware antivirus. The problem is I cant enter into safe mode, I tried all options,
but just before restarting the BSOD appears again. I cant believe this is happening. Dont know what to do anymore.....Anybody has an idea? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the proposed solution but didnt work. Accessed safe mode with F9 and loaded from USB but at certain moment I am asked to take it out and then BSOD appears again. The computer doesnt access the installation media if I restart, I just end up with
the normal boot and then BSOD appears. So I cant access Automatic Repair or any other solution. Maybe I should install XP? At least that was working........(But how?)
