    Hi guys,
    I need your help with an major issue I am facing right now. I've got two new desktop PCs that I bought about a month ago. One of them is working just fine, while the second keep crashing at random times and the Event Viewer always shows the same critical error Kernel-Power, Event ID 41, Task Category 63.

    I tried some of the solutions I found regarding power management, reinstalling the drivers for the video card and USB. None of it worked.
    The last crash was yesterday and I managed to take a picture of the screen before it froze.
    Here is what the Event Viewer shows:

    I still suggest you download Speccy and upload a copy of the report it produces to OneDrive. To obtain a report select File,
    Save as Text file. It helps to obtain the report at a time when the system is under pressure and temperatures may be higher than normal

    I see a little bit driver problems but much more hardware problems. there are two different dumps, first one points to defective memory, drivers or AntiVirus Software, but more recent is the second one which point to hardware Problems:

    There are some steps u should do now:

    STEP 1:
    Uninstall BitDefender for testing
    BitDefender How to uninstall Bitdefender 2015
    STEP 2:
    Update all NVIDIA Graphics drivers and Chipset drivers to the newest version. Please use DDU for uninstalling NVIDIA:

    Note MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
