    BSOD at random


    I just bought a Lenovo Flex 3 this week and am already getting the blue screen of death at random. If this helps anything at all I have Norton Security Suite, Malwarebytes, and Ccleaner on here. It says I have a bugcheck 0x0000000a. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    ntoskrnl.exe+1640e0 BSOD error

    So far, with one memory chip no BSOD. But, getting a BSOD would be random and infrequent.

    I've went through that article in the past and still have gotten BSOD.

    DISM, Windows Reset/Refresh not working.

    Faulty RAM can give rise to 'random' blue screens (BSODs).

    BSOD at random

    The dump points to IntcDAud.sys which is: Intel(R) Display Audio Intel(R) Display Audio
    Driver timestamp is Wed Aug 05 04:20:56 2015 so it's pretty new. You could check the Lenovo web site for your Flex 3 and see if there is an updated driver available.
