  1. BSOD at regular intervals on HP i7 and 16 GB ram

I bought a new HP laptop from Costco with i7 and 16 GB ramthe machine is restarting again and again and if I call HP support there people go with the same old process which we have already doneFrankly the machine is performing worse than my old laptop with less specifications and now i am regretting getting the laptopI tried installing drivers, stopping services but problem seem to persistAfter so many BSOD crashes probably more than 50 times in last 2 months I am not sure if Microsoft is collecting it and sending some updatesI have lost so much work and momentum when this happens when working

    :)

  3. System freezing at regular intervals after windows 10 update

    Hi team,

Mine is a HP laptop with i7 and 12 GB RAM configuration. I have upgraded from Windows 8.1 to windows 10.

I had no issues in Win 8 or Win 8.1 but after recent update to Win 10 I face a terrible issue of system freezing very frequently with regular intervals.

I have no black screen problem or any other issues. The only issue I face is system freezing for about 5 secs at regular intervals (say some 60 secs once).

Let me know if there is a fix for this?

If not, tell me how to roll back to Win 8.1?

How do I find on which date I have upgraded to Windows 10?

  4. BSOD at regular intervals on HP i7 and 16 GB ram

how to upgrade Ram from 8 to 16 gb?

Hey Madan. This is not a Windows issue or Microsoft issue but I'll try to help.

To go from 8 GB RAM to 16 GB. You will have to actually purchase COMPATIBLE 16 GB sticks of RAM then install them. Dell Inspiron might have more information on what kind of RAM is compatible with your PC.

Getting more RAM is not a simple troubleshooting fix and if you are on a laptop, it might be impossible.
