Windows 10: BSOD : Attempted write to readonly memory

    Hello,


    Its the third time i am writing here..

    My problem is that i get randomly BSOD with Attempted write to readonly memory about 6 months now.

    It is totally random.


    I have tried memory check, driver verifier with no luck.


    Well, a month ago, i solved it by updating bios on H170M-E D3 mobo, last bios update is on 2018. When i did it, all issues were solved and I was relieved!.



    Last week I got a new GPU card nvidia 1660 super. While i was trying to install it, I reset bios, as it would not boot with the new GPU card. When i reset it, i could boot the machine perfectly.


    But, the BSOD became MUCH MUCH more frequent.

    I believed that it was due to a driver, or something that left from the previous card. So i formatted.


    After format everything was good for about a day. Then i got my first BSOD again with same error.

    It is not that common any more, but it still happens. I started verifier with all drivers enabled even from microsoft but I still after some hours received the BSOD with Attempted write to readonly memory..



    Bios is at latest update.

    BSOD : Attempted write to readonly memory

    Unfortunatelly, even if i deleted the problematic drivers (i can not find them anymore at verifier), i got a bsod again with attempted write to readonly memory.

    Any more suggestion?

    Hi,

    I get a BSOD on My ACER and the following message:

    "ATTEMPTED TO WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY"

    "What Failed: BHDrvx64.sys"

    Can anyone help solve this please? System spec is:

    Hello,

    For few months now, i am getting BSOD with error description: attempted write to readonly memory...

    BSOD are really random. It may not throw the error for a week, but it is possible to throw it 2 3 times a day..

    I think it is happening when a game is running or some heavy application, so i susspect RAM or GPU.

    I tried memory test but nothing came up. 0 errors.
