    Hello. I recently updated installed some new ram modules listed on my mobo's QVL list. I updated all of my mobo drivers which included:Mobo diversgpu driversgpu firmwaremobo bios firmwareand some windows updates such as runtime. I started experiencing random BSOD's.     Hi SYKH

    Your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

    The best option is to download the widely available free utility MemTest86, then run a full 4 pass scan with that to test your RAM for physical errors

    BSOD and Memory Errors

    I am getting recent BSOD. I tried looking at the dmp in WinDbg and WhoCrashed but nothing stood out as a consistent issue. WhoCrashed indicated it could be a memory error.

    They have a number of different errors:

    • UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
    • KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)
    • CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
    • PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
    • ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (fc)

    I ran MemTest86 from a usb and I got 4 errors in Test 8.

    Is my RAM dying and causing these crashes? My PC is a few years old now and has been stable till now.

    Update: Failing Sticks of RAM were the issue
