    BSOD: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT


    I've been getting some Random BSODs every now and then and i can't find the reason. I thought it was faulty motherboard since i broke one of my DIMM Slots while trying to install a new watercooler, but since then i already got a new MOBO and new RAM and i still get the same BSODs. This week i was trying to do whatever i do but uninstalling some softwares that could be causing the problem like my headset software and stuff like that. I'm still getting random crashes and i can't figure it out, i got 5 BSODs in the space of 2 days. here are the minidump files and my pc SPECS: 021125-10921-01.d

    ATTEMPTED_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY BSOD Issue

    Hey, I've been having repeated blue screens that commonly featured the stop code ATTEMPTED_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY, and occasionally MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

    I can't find a sure exact cause, however it seems to be linked specifically to Fortnite. I've ran bigger programs without issue before, so it seems odd that it specifically causes crashes. The game also sometimes closes itself, then waits a few seconds and restarts the computer with and even sometimes without a blue screen.

    Don't know the best way to get the most recent minidump file to someone if it would help, but here's a google drive with it:

    BSOD: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

    BSOD problems IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    Some days when I turn off my PC it happens sequentially these 3 BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). Not necessarily in this order. But the errors are basically one of these.

    • I've already done memtest86 and got no errors
    • SFC /scannow with no errors too
    • checkdisk with no errors
    I've checked the error with BlueScreenView and the problem is with the driver ntoskrnl.exe.

    Any suggestion of whats going on?
