Windows 10: BSOD ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY help !

For a few days now, my gaming beast has been crashing when I play certain games. Before the release of the latest AMD drivers I never had a light crash black screen, game to desktop but since this release, which is designed to fix crashes on Baldur's Gate III, my PC doesn't work too well any more. I have an i9 13900k and a Sapphire RX 7900XTX. BSOD - attempted_write_to_readonly_memory

Hi,

I am in the process of spoofing my Acer Nitro AN515-43 HWID, and every time I attempt to change my HWID (with an application I paid for), I get the BSOD with the stop code attempted_write_to_readonly_memory, with the failure being "peauth.sys".

Is there any way to stop this from happening so I can spoof my HWID without the error code showing up? If not, that's fine.

BSOD: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY | ntkrnlmp.exe

Okay so, uninstalling NordVPN did nothing. I just experienced a BSOD while scrolling through Facebook. The crash dump is similar to the first batch I sent you with ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY as the error code.

I'm fairly convinced that this is a hardware issue now. I guess I'll go purchase a ram kit and see if it fixes it.
