    BSOD Bad Pool Header

    Hi kayleecat,

    Welcome to the 10forums *Smile

Please (re)move some files to increase the free space to at least 15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space so Windows can do its thing in the background, 15% is to be on the safe side.

Warning Less free space could cause BSODs or other problems, because Windows cannot perform the tasks it needs to do in the background!

Note Dell doesn't provide support for your laptop. If the problem appears to be a driver compatibility issue then I would recommend to either try a clean install of Windows or go back to the previous (original) Windows version

    Hello.

Can you tell me what I need to do to delete some files? I don't know what files I need to delete?

I am on the latest version of Windows 10.

    Thanks

Please download the FREE version of Ccleaner and install it.
After installed and opened, you'll see a screen like this:
    Attachment 111219

Below in the screen you see a button 'Analyze', click on it and wait for Ccleaner to finish.
After Ccleaner is finished, you see an overview of what it has found, like below
    Attachment 111220

You'll need to uncheck a setting in Ccleaner, this setting you can find by scrolling down the options list of what to delete.

After unchecking this option, click analyze again and click 'Run Ccleaner' after Ccleaner finished analyzing.

Windows Update may say so, but you're not.
Follow the link I provided in my previous post.
