Windows 10: BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER whenever using University Wifi

Hi,Am currently using a MSI Modern 14 laptop, it has the intel i7 10th gen and windows 11. In April last year, I started getting the BAD_POOL_CALLER BSOD whenever I was outside of my dorm room even connected to the same wifi network on campus. Over the summer, no issues at home, sent it to the computer manufacturer and they did not diagnose any issues. I have just returned to campus and am having the same problems again. I noticed there was another thread with this issue and the minidump files were provided to identify the problem.Here is my Minidump folder including a couple of them over the

I have read quite a few "Bad_Pool_Caller" posts and none that I've read have been any help. It really is getting frustrating; as many as three times in a day. I've tried safe mode, but couldn't figure anything from that. In fact as I write here I'm expecting a crash. Jeez this really is a backward step. I don't remember windows 3 crashing like this with no explanation as to what is causing the crash. I have a Dell Studio 1747 laptop (six years old now). I installed a 240GB SSD drive a week or so ago. I can't remember if I had these BSOD's with the old drive. I've attached the suggested system file from previous posts. I notice ads to repair this problem, but hesitate to try them; any suggestions on that.

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
