  2. Recurring BSOD crashes after using specific software (Axure RP Pro)

The causes of the BSOD's are related to BAD_POOL_CALLER and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION related to the drivers; ntoskrnl.exe+16c560 and win32kbase.sys

  3. received error : Bad_Pool_Header causes BSOD while watching YouTube

Okay so I updated the driver for the WiFi adapter and the BSOD went away for a couple of days. Unfortunately, a BSOD popped up again today with bad_pool_calling. I have a .dmp file for this crash if you guys need it.

    Hi sypris,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Warning Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with DriverEasy, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

The most recent crashes are being caused by the network input/output system, this could mean the network drivers or programs trying to access the internet.
I noticed you have a NETGEAR WNDA4100 N900 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter.
USB network adapters can be problematic, I suggest to disconnect this device while troubleshooting.

hey. i don't have a wifi card or anything and my computer is far from the router. i did, however, try a different usb wifi connector. different brand and everything.

i uninstalled the netgear usb adapter and its drivers.
i uninstalled the driver program, but i honestly hadn't used it to install anything. i was just using it to find what was out of date then went and found the drivers on my own.

had a crash while running World of Warcraft on one monitor and full screen netflix on the other.

attached is the minidump from today. idk if it helps.

it ran for a couple hours at a time running wow on one monitor, pandora on the other.
crashed within maybe 30 minutes of running wow/netflix combo. idk if that matters.
