Windows 10: BSOD before Windows 11 boot

Checked Event Viewer to find this:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a 0x000000000012ff66, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80112f1a15f. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 18f23c22-3164-4edb-81ff-ce8297a37c08.Where do I upload the dump file? It's 0.99 GB large.

ughhh! BSOD on boot

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

Windows 11 disaster. Can't enter PIN, locked in safe mode and BSOD prevents many solutions
