I suggest you do a disk check as instructed below.

1. Open Start and type cmd, right-click on "Command Prompt", and select "Run as administrator".

2. Type or paste the following command and press Enter.

chkdsk d: /f /r

This command may require Windows not to be running for the disk to be checked. Confirm with Y and then Enter to schedule a disk check.

3. Restart your PC, and wait for the disk check to finish.

After the procedure is finished, see how the system will behave.

If the BSOD occurs again after doing this, please send the minidump created by it. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.
