Windows 10: BSOD causado por algum driver / BSOD caused by some driver

Oi gente, beleza?


Tenho um computador com a seguinte configuração:


- Asus Prime B450M Gaming/BR

- AMD Ryzen 5 3600

- 2x8Gb RAM XPG Spectrix 3000MHz

- EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 SC Ultra

Comprei e instalei o Windows e após uns 3 meses de uso começou a ter muitos BSODs mais de 2 por dia, até que meu Windows não se mantinha ligado e eu optei por restaurar o sistema.


Por uns dois dias não teve mais nenhum BSOD e agora começou a ter novamente. Sempre que crasha eu não consigo ler o que tem na tela pois o Google Chrome fica na frente... Já levei o computador em assistência técnica e o hardware está ok, bem como o teste de memória e também não há superaquecimento.


Alguém poderia me dar algum suporte?

I bought and installed Windows and after about 3 months of use started to have many BSODs more than 2 per day, until my Windows did not turn on without having BSOD and I choose to restore the system.


For a couple of days it had no BSOD and now it started all over again. Whenever this crashes I can't read what's on the screen because Google Chrome is in the front of it... The hardware is ok, as well as the memory test and there is also no overheating.

Someone can help me investigate this?

Identifying driver causing BSOD

My laptop suddenly went into BSOD with the error IRQL_NOTLESS_OR_EQUAL. I tried using a bsod viewer to identify the driver but it just states ntoskrnl.exe. I have the dump files available, will it be helpful in identifying the driver that is causing this
issue?

 

BSOD caused by driver atikmdag.sys

Could be another driver causing the issue.

bsod probably caused by a driver

i was getting bsod error's for a few days so today i decided to run driver verifier and i got a bsod with driver verifier detected violation error, i viewed the minidump file and this issue is apparently being caused by "SteamStreamingMicrophone.sys" driver,
how can i fix this issue...?
