    BSOD Caused my C:Drive to go Missing


    Ok so I've been having problems with BSOD for the last month and it always goes back to the desktop but recently i got this.0x0000098 and something about a file /BCDAnd my Harddrive is making screeching/grinding sounds, but theres a beeping sound before those sounds.I used notepad.exe in the command prompt to see if I could back up my files only to see my C:drive won't open and is grey. Any files at downloads or documents has disappeared.Right now I made windows installation media with usb and found before I could format it i have 1862 gb free of its total size and I didn't format it before.     c drive is missing

    Microsoft updated last night and now my c drive is missing. Suggestions?

    BSOD - drive C changed to drive X

    After the restart following the 11/18/2017 Win10 64bit Pro update, I have the BSOD with stop code 0xc000021a. I am able to access the command prompt....Troubleshooting revealed that what was drive C is now drive X. At the command line, I can access a drive
    C is but it is empty. A directory listing of drive X appears to show everything that should be on drive C. I suspect the update possibly failed at some point causing this problem. How can I fix it?

    It is not overheating - CPU runs 60*C in games.
    Short Circuit - EXTREAMLY UNLIKELY
