Windows 10: BSOD - crashed during Cisco Jabber VOIP call and Cisco WebEx Meeting

i am analyzing a dump sent to me from another computer. the BSOD occurred while he was using a Cisco Jabber VOIP call and a Cisco WebEx meeting. error on screen was: “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL” *Mad

any further analysis of this mini-dump would be appreciated.

Trouble using webex within Windows 10?

One of the first things I tested after upgrading to windows 10 was Cisco webex, which I use with chrome or firefox because IE 11 is not supported by Webex.

Initially, after the upgrade, I hosted and participated in meetings fine. Today, 8/31, I attempted to start a meeting and was unable to getting an odd error from webex from all 3 browsers.

I called Cicso Webex help desk and they indicated that they do not support windows 10 and that I should use another computer that does NOT have windows 10. Has anyone had this problem?

Some quick searches led me to a couple of security updates by windows, which I uninstalled, but I am still having the same error.

If anyone has a workaround, other than using another computer, or a timeframe when both sides can fix this issue (Microsoft and Cisco) it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 

No dump in the zip file you uploaded so not much I can do.

Problem 1, he's still at 10586. Needs to apply all Windows Updates to get up to 14393.693. After that test and see if any more problems occur.
