    BSOD "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED" and "VIDEO TDR FAILURE" in HP Pavilion 14.


    Story is: last week my city had a power outage while my Notebook was active. After that, my notebook went into a Fixing mode, displaying a message saying: "Fixing: C: Stage 1 of 2". Ok, it restored and the notebook worked for two more days.Then, it started all this mess. Wouldn't boot, throwing me these several BSOD. What I did was: fresh Windows install and a new HARD DRIVE, a SSD.So the booting problems was gone. Everything worked correctly... until I got a BSOD again. It doesn't matter if it is right after the boot or after some hours of use, my notebook keeps throwing me BSOD.I ran several

    Additional information, my SSD has been checked several times and has no errors/problems and works 100%.

    And unfortunately I don't have any backups except for a copy from the already broken Windows drive.

    She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.
