    BSOD - Critical Process Died


    I recently attempted to upgrade my gpu to a 4070 ti super from a 2080 super on windows 11. The new card was not working at first as I could not install drivers because it would not show up in device manager. A quick summary of the troubleshooting steps which eventually lead to a CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error on startup. Used DDU to remove old driversUpdated ASrock motherboard bios to most recent releasePerformed a system restore to previous stateReseated graphics card and power cablesDuring the card reseat I think I realized it was not fully inserted into the board.
