BSOD CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION 0x109 and it's not the RAM. Help !

Hello people,I need advice and help on what I should do. I get BSODs since 2 months now. It started suddenly. I got differents kinds at the beggining and now it's always the same bug check 0x109 and also always the same "caused by adress" until I moved my SSD to another slot the new adress is the one in the minidump you can find in a comment below. But I don't know if it's really related or not. The minidumps are ALWAYS inconclusive when analyzing with WinDbg or BlueScreenViewer.Apart from BSOD, I get OS freezes. Either if I do anything within the 5 first minutes after logging in especially

BSOD 0x109 CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION by Unknown Module

Sorry for the late reply because I just want everything is okay after I remove sptd.sys. So 2 Days Ago I moved the sptd.sys to another drive outside system. I also disable sptd.sys registry and allow permission based on article I read somewhere then run the computer for a day and I didn't get any BSOD *Wink.

Thank you sir for the analysis and suggestion. I'll mark this thread as solved.

In case you face any problems, feel free to post back ^_^.

Although, just as a precautionary measure, I would suggest you to run Memtest+ for no less than 8 passes (Generally overnight) because I saw that the 0x101 was having a problem with the Memory address with 1 bit. This is often caused by faulty RAM or faulty motherboard slots -

Let me know how it goes ^_^
