Windows 10: BSOD Desktop Restarts Randomly

Hi,I have been trying to trouble shoot multiple Kernel panics. Long story short I built a machine & installed windows 10 after purchasing a key. I have been trying to figure out if this is a hardware or OS issue. With regards to hardware I tested the PSU , RAM , CPU , & Mass storage. I am using a new M.2 NVME SSD for the OS. *FYI all of the hardware components are new but I am still testing b/c there can still be an issue. I listed below how I tested the OS & hardware.Thus, I also tested & tried to trouble shoot the OS to see if there is a problem by using Event Viewer , WinDb

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?

The device randomly restarting after the recent update can be related to a possible startup or
BIOS error. As an initial step to isolate your concern, we suggest that you disable the fast startup feature which collects images for faster boot up. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Type Control Panel in the search bar and press
  Enter.
• On the upper right pane, select Small icons from the View by: drop-down list.
• Click on Power Options.
• On the left pane, select Choose what the power buttons do.
• Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
• Click the Turn on fast startup (recommended) box to remove the check mark.
• Click Save changes.

Once you're done, restart your device and check if the issue persists.
