Windows 10: BSOD DMA driver verification

I keep getting these errors. They seemed to start in November 2023. I was running Win 11, which I learned wasn’t recommended for my system. I installed Win 10 from a USB but continue getting this error. DMA driver verification BSOD during Win install?

I started getting BSODs due to DMA driver verification errors in Nov 2023. I found out my laptop isn’t compatible with Win 11, so installed Win 10 from a new USB boot disk, and it wiped all my files and started a fresh install.. I got a BSOD during Windows setup! Just as I was asked for my email. What could be causing this when there is nothing on the laptop but a brand new Win 10 install?

The only error code I got during the install was the DMA driver verification. There was no numerical / text code. The BSOD occurred during setup - as the new system was asking for my email to login to Microsoft.

In case its helpful, I started getting these after 11/15 this year. They have occurred while playing Steam games (Lethal Company, Skyrim, Civ6) and using Microsoft Word.

Currently, Windows is working, but I'm still getting the BSOD with the same error as before I changed from Win11 to Win10.

Im getting Driver Verifer DMA violation on Win 11

I'm frequently (once a day at least) getting the "Driver Verifer DMA violation" BSOD. It often follows the audio cutting out partially and the mouse ceasing to function. If I quickly unplug and replug the mouse USB, it will work again. But the above mentioned BSOD will occur within a minute, I have mostly noticed this occurring while playing Bethesda games (Skyrim and Fallout 4).

I don't have Driver Verifier installed as an application. I have tried resetting Driver Verfifer via CMD. The reset process will run and afterwards state that "nothing was changed". Shouldn't Driver Verifier be off then?

I keep drivers for hardware and peripherals updated and I often check in to see if there are updates for my motherboard.

I keep my windows updated.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
