Windows 10: BSOD DPC Watchdog still after reinstall Graphic Driver

DPC Watchdog Violation

Every time I run a game the game freezes and I get the BSOD DPC watchdog violation.

I have reinstalled my graphics drivers and installed new drivers but still have this issue.
