Windows 10: BSOD DPC watchdog violation error constantly happening, how do i fix it.

this will happen 5+ times a day, usually even more. ive been trying to fix it and everything, im not entirely sure what else to do. i have a intel I5, Geforce GTX 1660 Super, and 16gb of memory, 450 watts power supply. thats all i really know. can anyone help? i have the dump file opened, but not sure how to copy and post it.
