BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation Windows Kernel Fail

Background: DPC_Watchdog_Violation -- Going crazy! : Windows10
See comment thread in link for fix already attempted.

Every 10 minutes or so, around when it would go to rest, machine crashes with DPC Watchdog Violation
Have had this problem through Win 8, 10 technical preview, and 10
AMD Drivers were way out of date so I updated, but now it crashes with the following:

On Tue 8/18/2015 4:04:44 PM GMT your computer crashed crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\081815-29906-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14DD00)
Bugcheck code: 0x133 (0x1, 0x1E00, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation description: NT Kernel & System Bug check
description: The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

See attachment for dmp files, dxdiag.

I am running Win 10 Pro 64-bit, build 10240
Motherboard GA-970A-UD3
Processor AMD FX(tm)-4170
Memory 6144MB DDR3 RAM
Video NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Also, not sure if relevant, but I use wubi to dual boot Ubuntu.

:)

Alright, I updated the chipset with the utility you linked me to, waited until the error occurred a couple more times, ran the BSOD Posting Instructions utility again (this time letting it finish, sorry) and am attaching the zipped file.

This is a bit more involved, but let's try a couple things,

SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

CHKDSK - Check a Drive for Errors in Windows 8

Code: BugCheck 133, {1, 1e00, 0, 0} *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for amdsata.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for amdsata.sys Probably caused by : amdsata.sys ( amdsata+6f90 ) Followup: MachineOwner ---------
That (1) I highlighted above indicates there are conflicts with more than one drivers,

I am getting these two below,

Code: Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\rt640x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for rt640x64.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for rt640x64.sys rt640x64+0x4e9b Loaded symbol image file: rt640x64.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\rt640x64.sys Image name: rt640x64.sys Timestamp: Wed Apr 01 07:34:31 2015 (551C01F7) CheckSum: 0009D4EA ImageSize: 00093000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
That is your Realtek Lan driver, I see a newer version for W10 at your Motherboard site,

GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3+ - GA-970A-UD3 (rev. 1.0/1.1)

Code: Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys nvlddmkm+0x9484 Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys Image name: nvlddmkm.sys Timestamp: Wed Jul 22 17:15:19 2015 (55B03217) CheckSum: 00AA405B ImageSize: 00AE8000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
That is your video driver, but lets leave that be for now until you try the newer Realtek driver, if you continue to get them try an earlier driver.

I have done the following:

- Ran the SFC Command, no problems found but couldn't run exactly as suggested, see results attached, let me know how I might run it again if necessary
- Ran checkdsk, no problems found

-Installed W10 Realtek LAN driver, rebooted, reproduced BSOD
-Installed W8.1 Realtek LAN driver, rebooted, reproduced BSOD
-Installed W10 Realtek LAN driver again, rebooted, reproduced BSOD

-Ran dm log collector again, results attached

Until @derekimo returns I'll try to help you as far as possible.

Please use the tool again and upload the zip file, for up to date information about your system and possibly new BSOD's.

50 bluescreens in 2 days, is that correct?

My analyse is almost the same as derekimo's analyse.
For the Realtek driver, try removing the Realtek driver and then install it, sometimes uninstalling and installing solves the issue.

Check Nvidia for driver updates.

Sadly, it is correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I will inform you if I continue having problems.

I have taken a look at 6 dumps and there are a few drivers flagged.

Nvidia Video driver, do you have software installed from Nvidia?
If so,
• search msconfig and open it,
• go to the tab services
• check 'Hide Microsoft services'
• search for a service called Nvidia Streaming Kernel Service, Nvidia Streamer Service or something that looks like it
• disable this service
• click apply, click ok
• reboot if asked

It is downgraded compared with the post of derekimo
