Windows 10: BSOD DPC_Watchdog_violation while reinstalling windows

this problem started when I was using the second display while playing games, suddenly the screen flickered and the laptop froze, then followed by bsod driver dma violation or something like that. when restarting, after the acer logo, the laptop experienced a blackscreen and would not enter windows.then I followed several ways online, when it was suggested to reinstall the gpu driver, I experienced a dpc_watchdog_violation error, then returned to the black screen after the acer logo. when reinstalling windows bsod watchdog_violation reappeared. I can only enter windows when entering safe mod

• Have you made any significant changes to your computer prior to this happening?

Reinstalled Windows and drivers.

• When and how did the issue start?

After completed re-install.

• Can you send us screenshots detailing the mini dump files and event log?

• Have you recently installed any updates?

Windows is fully up to date.

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve your concern?

Uninstall all sound and video drivers and let Windows install drivers.
