    BSOD DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

    Hi all,

Just got a new prebuilt pc, but it crashes several times a day with the same error. After a crash, I have to shut the computer completely off, or else it will get caught in a loop between restarting and the BIOS. Crashes happen at random intervals and when I am not doing anything specific browsing the web, idling, etc.

Here is what I have tried:

-looked at my dump files and saw that I there was a problem with the hard_disk module FAILURE_ID_HASH: {6ef1f8aa-ba96-513b-39a6-be53976d18b0}.

    -uninstalled chrome

    -used chkdsk /f /r /x

    -updated my BIOS

-checked the health of my drives again using chkdsk. I have an SSD and a HDD; windows is installed on the HDD

    -updated SSD firmware anyways

I have very limited computer knowledge, and there is nothing else I can think of. Any suggestion is appreciated!

Here is a link to the dump files:

    Thank you in advance!
