Windows 10: BSOD: Driver power state failure - 0x0000009f - ntoskrnl.exe

Hi, I had a BSOD the other day, and did a system image restore, and it did it again today, same 0x0000009f code. I use a program called Timed Shutdown, which puts the PC into hibernation. It is when I restart that the BSOD happens, judging by the time of the mini-dump. That was the same both times.If I manually hibernate and restart it doesn't do it. Set Timed Shutdown for 3 mins – hibernate – restart, still doesn't do it. BSOD Driver Power State Failure

Hello, im new here, i updated my AMD Driver then it gave me BSOD Driver Power State Failure everytime (or enabling it from the BIOS from switchable graphics and right now im at UMA graphcis) for a month. I used BlueScreenView to view what type is the error and its ntoskrnl.exe 0x0000009f driver power state failure which i dont know what it is and i dont know how to fix it anymore so i need help pls.

hello,

I have been getting BSOD for a while now and at random points.

Failure code: 0x0000009F , driver power state failure.

I've done something, but it did not work.

1. chkdsk c: /f

2. update some driver

3. powercfg -h off

I used "bluescreenview" software to check the problem. It reports that BSOD may be caused by ntoskrnl.exe.
