Windows 10: Bsod driver unloaded without cancelling pending what failed ETD.sys

I recently removed my touchpad's hardware and after that if i restart my laptop i keep getting this "driver unloaded without cancelling pending, what failed: ETD.sys" bsod. And i cant even go to any startup settings cant boot to safe mode etc. im stuck on recovery. Any fix please?

I have a an LENOVO laptop , I've been having the "Driver Unloaded Without Cancelling Pending Operations" - igdkmd64.sys error, and my laptop bluescreens, and shuts down. I cant run safe mode because i get 0x000021a error ,

i saw srttrail.txt :

c/efi/microsoft/boot/cipolicies/active/{cdd5cb55-db68-4d71-aa38-3df2b6473a52}.cip is corrupted.

i don't want lose my files

Recenly updated all drivers for my laptop but now it gives a bsod saying driver unloaded without canceling pending operations issue is with netwtw.06.sys cant access safe mode or access any system restore points. Tried everything except to reinstall the
OS. Any suggestions?

I have a HP Elitebook x360 1040 G7 which gives the "DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS" BSOD. It seems to occur when I awake my laptop when not plugged, however does not happen every time. I reset the laptop a couple of months ago when I purchased it and the issue has been happening since.

I am using Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

I have tried updating my laptop as well as the commands "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and "sfc/ scannow" (described here), none of which resolved the issue.

I was reading a post on this website titled Driver Unloaded Without Cancelling Pending Operations - Windows 11 Error. The commentor DaveM121 requested that the poster upload their minidump files. I have done the same, which are available here:
