  1. BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL what failed: tcpip.sys

    I've been having various bluescreens from my PC since building it and each time I think I fix it a different BSOD starts happening. Originally KMODE SERVICE EXCEPTION was happening then updating my amd chipset fixed it, then a couple days ago started getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION with tcpip.sys failing, turning off EXPO seemed to fix it. Today I got BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL what failed: tcpip.sys and I feel like it's time to ask someone who knows what they are doing a little better than me. Here is the minidump from the crash today https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/384y9hd42jqqmkgj9swd

  2. Getting Critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys) BSOD on Windows 10 computer

    Old title: critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys)

    Hi,

    I keeping getting a random BSOD with "critical_structure_corruption (tcpip/sys)" as the reason. I then have to wait approximately 10 seconds during which time Microsoft are collecting information about the error. This seemed to be introduced after the last
    Windows update Tuesday. I couldn't find the cause so did a system restore and all was fine again until the following morning when Microsoft automatically installed the updates again. A rollback doesn't fix the problem now.

    When are Microsoft going to fix it for me?

    I have got an old-ish motherboard who's latest BIOS update was 2010 so I can't help but think this may be the reason. I've tried everything else.

    Any ideas?

    Hi, I have just had a couple of my users which a BSOD with the error:

    system_thread_exception_not_handled
    What failed: RTKVHD64.sys

    I have the Memory.dmp file, can anyone open it and see what may have caused the issue?

    7 different BSoD

    Hey guys,

    I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

    • system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
    • updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
    • updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
    • rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
    • removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD
    • Temps are fine
    • no sfc /scannow errors
    • no chkdsk errors
    • Prime, Furmark all fine
    • regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
    • I did no hw changes, no OC
    Here are my BSoDs I receive:
    • 0x0000010e
    • 0x1000007e
    • 0x0000007e
    • 0x0000004e
    • 0x0000003b
    • dxgmms1.sys
    • PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    They all refer to the GPU of course ...

    From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
    Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.

    Any advice or info would be very much appreciated *Smile BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL what failed: tcpip.sys :)
