Windows 10: BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL igdkmd64.sys

I keep getting this error quite frequently and it's getting to the point of being annoying, I have the latest Intel GPU drivers installed due to my Acer Intel Arc A770 GPU, even tried different versions and even reinstalled Windows numerous times and this error still occurs, I'm even attaching a link to a folder which includes a few DMP files made. Hopefully i can find get answer to what the actual cause of and to hopefully be able to have it resolved. What is the make and model of your computer?

File igdkmd64.sys is the Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver for Microsoft Windows 8.

I would suggest you to follow the steps provided below:



Step 1:

Uninstall the Device from Device Manager

• Open Device Manager
• Expand the Display Adapter section.
  
• Find the Display card Driver.
• Right click Display card Driver and select
  Uninstall.
• Select the check box delete the driver software for this device.
• Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.

Step 2:

Uninstall the Device Drivers from Program List in Control Panel

• Click on start, select Control Panel
• Now click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
• Find the Display card Driver.
• Right click Display card Driver and select
  Uninstall.
• Reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished.

I have a problem with my laptop every time I need to work on it the screen turn off and blue screen appear says: "
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (igdkmd64.sys) " and its so bad Windows 10

windows 7 was wonderful but when i upgrade the windows to windows 10 I faced a lot of problems and I fixed it but that problem the worse problem ever please help me if you can

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by BSOD - driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (l1c63x64.sys).

Please let us know the make/model of your computer.

The L1C63x64.sys is the Atheros LAN driver and I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Atheros LAN driver but install the latest Atheros LAN driver by visiting the manufacture's website and avoid using any LAN driver available though Windows Update.

However the problem could also be with any VPN software and other software so make sure you have the latest version of each of these software.

If the errors continue uninstall the VPN software and check if the issue persist.
