Windows 10: BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe while running Spotify

for the past 2 months my laptop has always had a blue screen with the code "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe" when I'm listening to music on Spotify without running other applications the only application that runs is Spotify. I've tried several ways such as updating windows, drivers, and others. I even tried resetting windows, but the bsod still appears. • Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.

[BSOD] CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED 0x0EF - 'ntoskrnl,exe'

In that case I haven't a clue. I haven't personally used pirated software in a few years. Multiple searches for WinDivert.sys/WinDivert64.sys completes with zero results so I'm unsure. I have a VPN and wireshark installed, or at least I did but haven't uninstalled it properly because a few of its files disappeared. It's the same with ccleaner and other programs, sometimes if I haven't used them in a long time they randomly disappear.

I'll continue my search for this system file.

Moving on from that anyway, attempted a DISM scan just in case but its clean.
