Windows 10: BSOD DRVIE POWER STATE FAILURE

I've been getting this BSOD for half a year and I've tried many solutions such as updating all my drivers, attempting to switch out certain parts. Running the windows troubleshooter, complete clean reinstall of windows 10. I've even upgraded to windows 11 but the issue persists. Some times the crashing is minimal like when I do a clean install of windows but that only works temporally but sometimes it crashes with in the same day of the install. I have a few things that I believe is causing the issue. When I open device manager my ITE usb connector client device is having a code 10 STATUS_DEV

Windows 10 BSOD driver power state failure

Hi,

I did a clean boot with all the non-Microsoft services disabled and the DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE BSOD still happens.

Today's DMP files are here: Microsoft OneDrive

I ran them through osronline which suggested sbp2port.sys.

Any more suggestions?
