Windows 10: BSOD due to bluetooth headset

when I connect my BlueTooth headset with the laptop it works perfectly

but after waking it from sleep mode while headset connected it goes into bsod saying DRiver irql less or equal

waiting to restart then every time it restarts taking 5 mins.
