    Hi all,

    I have an issue with my laptop when Windows 10 tries to install KB5000808.

    • Windows installs KB5000808 when shutting down
    • After pressing the power button BSOD after bios screen, laptop immediately shuts off
    • Power on laptop again, BSOD after bios screen, laptop shuts down when BSOD is "done"
    • Third boot triggers ASUS automatic repair, Windows starts and finishes removing the failed update

    This happened 3 times now and all I can find is people having a BSOD when printing with this update but I cannot even boot when this update installs...

    Is there a fix / can I prevent the installation of this update?

    ughhh! BSOD on boot

    I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

    It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems
