Windows 10: BSOD during Windows Update - "Page Fault in Non-Paged Area" 0xC1900101 - 0x30018

I am trying to update Windows from 1909 to 20H2, and whenever I try update the update fails part way through and I get a blue screen saying "Page Fault in Non-Paged Area". I tried running it through media creation tool and after failing it came up with:"0xC1900101 - 0x30018 the installation failed in the first_boot phase with an error during sysprep_specialize".I have run a memory diagnostic, a chkdsk and an sfc scan and no problems are being detected. Not sure what else I can do.Do you have any suggestions?

Page Fault in Non-Paged Area BSOD

While installing windows 10 even before the setup started this BSOD of page fault in non paged area pops up and I am unable to install it.The same problem with other Windows OS installation.

 

Creator Update Paging in Non-Paged Area

I did the Creator update for Windows 10 today, and since then I've been getting consistent BSOD crashes due to page fault in non-paged area, where I was getting no BSODs before. I'd like to fix the situation and not just do a rollback, but if that's the best step I'll go ahead and do that.

BSOD - Page fault in non paged area

My BSODs seemed to start when there was a failed Windows 1909 update install. They seem to happen when the PC is cold booted. Attached are the winver and logfile from the V2 log tool.
