Windows 10: BSOD DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

Hello, first of all sorry for my bad English, So I have this issue since January 2024, when I play Valorant, some actions in the game triggered the crash says "graphics driver crashed" and started to bluescreen with dxgkrnl fatal error code and wont reboot after 100%. I have tried all methods upgrading frok windows 10 to 11 and even a clean installation of my laptop RYZEN 7 4800H with amd Radeon graphics + NVDIA GTX 1650 TI.Now I dont know exactly where is the issue from, whether from my integrated graphics CPU or the NVIDIA GPU, I have gone to the laptop's authorized service centre three t

Getting "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" BSOD

Since 1 month my laptop is having BSOD while gaming, the stop code is "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR". I have uninstalled and reinstalled old and new gpu drivers, reset my windows but the BSOD still occurs.

Event viewer shows "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. I even rolled back gpu drivers multiple times, but getting Video dxgkrnl fatal error bsod. The issue occurs only while gaming. Also ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow before and even now, no errors found. Everytime after the BSOD, the laptop restarts and gpu is gone from device manager, I have to reset the bios to get nvidia gpu to show again. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you

All I can tell you is what I see in the dump. Did you try the latest using DDU and not installing PHYSX as you did the driver from the ASUS web site?

Hi Microsoft,

I have an MSI GS43 it has two graphic cards, one nvidia and one intel integrated. When I disable the nvidia driver from device manager my laptop work like a charm, no error. When I enable the nVidia driver the problem appear. after a few seconds the blue
screen appear with the code VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. My laptop then tries to restart but it gets stuck on the msi logo and will not boot again. I neet to hard shut down and then restart. The windows restarts normally and after 3-4 seconds BSOD again and
again. I did update my video kard drivers and every suggestion which I've read.

I can also provide mini dump files or whatever it is needed for someone to understand the issue. I also have updated my Windows 10 to 1909.
