Hello!Since two weeks I have a problem with showing a black screen and the laptop restarting. Previously, the laptop would reset itself after a few minutes while playing games. Since then, the laptop resets randomly when using an external monitor connected to a dedicated graphics card, even when watching YouTube.I have tried running windows diagnostics, sfc scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, a clean install of windows and using DDU to uninstall the graphics card drivers. However, the problem still persists. The graphics card does not overheat when a failure occurs. My lapto

    [BSOD] CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED 0x0EF - 'ntoskrnl,exe'

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:
    1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
    2. is not pirated software or illegal
Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

  3. QCAMAIN1.SYS CAUSING BSOD

This was probably caused by the following module:
    qcamain1.sys (Qcamain10x64+0x108678)

    Bugcheck code: 0x1D3 (0x333, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)

    Error: CUSTOM_ERROR

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: qcamain1.sys .

    Google query: qcamain1.sys CUSTOM_ERROR

Using WhoCrashed I found this thread: Redirecting however without
    solution, locked.

I did get BSOD almost everytime I moved the laptop.

    This worked for me:

unscrew wifi module, push a little into the socket. Screw in. DONE

BSOD while using the internet. error (L1C63x64.sys)

    Hi trainman81,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.
    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    BSOD - dxgkrnl.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, nvlddmkm.sys, BUG Check Code - 0x00000116 [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.

It is further recommended to check your Qualcomm network driver for updates, its driver is not supported for Windows 10.
