    BSOD Error: 0xc0000001 Not allowing me to press any keys at all


    So my computer said it had a windows update and midway of it updating it said it was fixing Windows C:. When it finished it then told md I had the BSOD error displayed on the title, The computer was showing my keyboard and mouse light up but when I press a button nothing happens. And I can't boot to safe mode pretty much nothing works inckuding the installation media, any solutions?

    BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


    I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

    +1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

    Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

    Run SFC /SCANNOW

    Hi,

    Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
