Windows 10: BSOD Error 0xc000021a, PC couldn't start properly, 0xc0000001, PC needs to be repaired,...

Today, my laptop was showing a black screen when opening the lid. Then I turned it off, then on and, my laptop crashed. It displayed a BSOD Error 0xc000021a. After that, it displayed an error code 0xc0000001 and 0xc0000098. Please fix these errors other than resetting my laptop back to factory default settings.

I am getting a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) Startup repair couldn't repair my pc and when I tried to reset the pc wont repair the problems used all the troubleshooting tools which didn't work. Won't let me boot into safe mode. After I go though all the steps i get the screen Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The header checksum for this file doesn't match the computed checksum Error code 0xc0000221. You will need recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disk or or USB device) contact your administrator (which is me). I downloaded a windows 10 iso file on a dvd. How would I be able to repair this? Could I boot into dvd and reinstall windows 10 with keeping my files, or use recovery tools?

 

Error "Your PC couldn't start properly” with an error code 0xc0000001 while downgrading from Win 10 to Win 8.1

My PC originally came with Win 7 and was upgraded to 8.1. It always worked smoothly until I upgraded to Win 10. I started having hardware issues, especially with the network adapter, so I decided to downgrade.
Then I ran into the error message "Your PC couldn't start properly" with and error code 0xc0000001. I don't have any installation media. I tried F8 and attempted every option listed (safe mode etc) but it always returned to the same error.
