Windows 10: BSOD error bug check code 30

Hello,Today I experienced my first BSOD after 30 days of not having one, the last issue was apparently the realtek gaming family controller driver in network adapters. BSOD/BUG Check 04F

The 04F error code is mainly a hardware error, since you have ruled out the ram, I would suggest it's either a HDD or as you mentioned a pagefile error. I would start by enlarging your pagefile to a fixed (set at min and max) 8096GB and test from there, you may find that solves your problem, as you multitask, open and close different apps the pagefile is just not clearing fast enough.

If that fails to do the job, I would suggest downloading a free HDD error checking utility, there are a few out there and many are better than the Windows offerings and give that a run and see if it comes up with anything.

 

Bug check???? what does this code mean

Then come back and tell use two (maybe three) things for each dump file:
1) What is the bug check code
2) What is the bug check string (if there is one)
3) What is the highlighted file name

The first two will be at the top pane window and the third will be on the lower pane window. We need all three (or two if no string) for each .dmp listed.

I would like you to download a live Linux ISO file and burn it to CD or install it on a USB drive. Run it as much and as long as you can. Any version you would like will be good. Do not install it, just run it from the CD/USB. The reason is that it runs from ram and does not involve your hard drive, operating system or any drivers or programs you have installed now. So, if you BSOD while running Linux, it is most likely it is a hardware problem. If you do not, it is a driver/program problem.

Your previous OS was having BSOD problems and this one also after a couple of clean installs. If you need suggestions of which Linux distro to run, I can give you some suggestions.
