Windows 10: bsod error bugcheck translation

Hello, I've been having issues with my computer shutting down with a bsod. The bug check error code is: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 0xffffb3660ac8b220, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80745115973, 0x0000000000000002. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. (BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

Translation:

The computer had a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with bugcheck 139.

This was an unexpected shut down and restart.

Bugcheck 139 = Kernel Security Check Failure

It can be troubleshoot by evaluating computer files and running a tool that stress tests to find misbehaving drivers.

Run the V2 log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW
